Hi, I’m Morgan Louderman. I graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Textile and Apparel Management and a minor in Business. I grew up in the small town of Bourbon, Missouri, where the cows outnumber the people, but I have always been drawn to the energy of city life. After years of visiting my sisters in New York City, I knew I wanted to build my career here, and now I am doing just that.

Creativity has always been a driving force in my life, especially through fashion and visual storytelling. During the pandemic, I discovered my personal style through thrifting and sharing my outfits on Instagram, VSCO, and Pinterest. That creative outlet sparked my interest in how fashion connects people and ideas, eventually leading me to roles that combine creativity, communication, and strategy.

As an E-commerce and Marketing Intern at Summersalt, I worked on influencer collaborations and digital merchandising, supporting the Jetsetter program and helping expand the brand’s reach. Most recently, I worked as a Premium Seating Coordinator for the US Open, managing operations for more than 90 luxury suites and collaborating with brands such as Rolex and Polo Ralph Lauren. That experience taught me what it means to be part of something bigger than yourself and showed me the impact of strong communication, teamwork, and organization in a high-pressure environment.

I am passionate about continuing to grow in the fashion and retail industry, especially in roles that combine creativity and strategy, whether that is in merchandising, brand marketing, or events. I am curious, adaptable, and excited to keep building a career that connects people through fashion and experience.
