MORGAN LOUDERMAN
Exploring Opportunities in New York City
The Objective
This project is part of my capstone, where my group was tasked with creating a new brand or a unique extension of an existing brand. Together, we developed Ton Crueset, a hyper-personalized product line that blends functionality and individuality while staying true to Le Creuset's heritage.
The Work
Our work involved extensive research into consumer behavior and market trends to define our target audience. We brainstormed and designed a product assortment that aligned with Le Creuset's reputation for quality while adding a personalized touch. This included creating a cohesive marketing strategy, developing a brand identity with a logo and tagline, and ensuring sustainable shipping and fulfillment practices. We also worked on visual branding elements, such as a website and mock product designs, to bring our vision to life.
The Outcome
Throughout this process, I learned the value of teamwork and collaboration, as each team member brought unique strengths and perspectives to the project. I gained hands-on experience in product development, branding, and marketing strategy, and honed my ability to think creatively while maintaining alignment with a brand’s core identity. Additionally, I learned how to manage project timelines, delegate tasks effectively, and adapt to challenges as they arose.
